This maintenance will extend your HVAC equipment’s life and ensure the units are working as efficiently as possible. Although it will decrease the number of unexpected breakdowns, it can’t eliminate them completely. In the event of a breakdown, we will reduce our service fee (during normal business hours), and take 10% off parts and labor.
